Every flag comes with a fix. Now it comes with answers.

Pip is the paid media analyst you can chat with, right in the Action Center. Ask why something happened, what to try first or whether your fix worked, and get an answer built from your own numbers.

The live demo includes 10 Pip questions, so you can try it on sample data.

How it works

Like asking a colleague who's already read the data.

  1. 1

    Ask about a flag

Every flag has an Ask Pip button and a suggested question. The Monday Brief links straight to Pip too.

  2. 2

    Pip looks it up

It checks your campaigns, results, flag history and pipeline, and works through the playbook for that kind of problem.

  3. 3

    You act on it

You get the steps in the ad platform you'll fix it in. Ask Pip to assign the flag or set a reminder, and it happens once you confirm.

Ask it things like

The questions you'd ask your best paid media hire.

Every flag comes with suggested questions, so you never start from a blank box.

Pacing and budget

  • Why isn't Prospecting - Marketing leaders spending?
  • Will it catch up by month end?
  • Should I move this budget to another campaign?

Tired ads

  • Is my audience tired of these ads?
  • Is this the creative or the audience?
  • Which ad should I replace first?

Costs

  • Why did clicks get more expensive?
  • Is competition up or my quality down?
  • Should I lower bids or wait it out?

Results and pipeline

  • Is Search - Non-brand ABM keywords worth keeping?
  • Are the leads reaching sales?
  • Which campaigns here have created pipeline?

Tracking

  • Is my tracking broken or did results drop?
  • Could tracking be the problem?
  • Which links are missing UTMs?

Across every flag

  • What should I fix first this week?
  • Are any of these flags the same underlying problem?
  • Summarize what's going wrong for my CMO.

The follow-up

"Did my fix work?" Ask, and see.

Two weeks after you mark a flag done, its card asks whether the fix worked. One click and Pip compares the numbers from before and after, then tells you what to try next if it didn't.

  • Asked automatically from 14 to 90 days after a fix
  • Before and after from the same campaign, not a guess
  • The actions log keeps the record for your reports

Answers you can trust

Not another chatbot that makes things up.

Only your numbers

Every figure in an answer comes from your own accounts and is checked before you see it. Pip doesn't estimate or invent numbers.

Honest about thin data

Pip separates what the numbers show from what it suspects, and tells you when there isn't enough data to say.

Read-only, always

Pip never touches your campaigns. Changes inside PipeHalo, like assigning a flag, happen only after you confirm them.

Private to you

Your conversations are visible only to you, deleted after 12 months without use, and never used to train AI models.

Questions

Pip, answered.

Who on my team can use Pip?

Everyone in the workspace. Viewers, often leaders, get suggested questions written for them, like "Summarize what's going wrong for my CMO." Only people who can change flags can ask Pip to assign, snooze, remind or mark one done.

Can Pip change my campaigns?

No. PipeHalo only reads your ad accounts and CRM, and so does Pip. It tells you the steps to take in Campaign Manager, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager, and you make the change.

What does Pip know about?

Your workspace: its flags and their history, campaign and ad results, your team, and pipeline by channel when a CRM is connected. It sticks to those, and politely declines anything else.

What counts as a question?

Each question you send. If Pip couldn't answer, the question doesn't count. Workspaces with the add-on or Enterprise have 300 a month, and admins get an email when the team has used 90% of them.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Pip uses an AI model provider's commercial API, under terms that don't allow training on what we send. More in our privacy policy.
