Every ad dollar should pull its weight.

Our mission is to help every marketing team get more pipeline from the budget it already has, by putting a paid media expert's daily check within reach of teams that can't hire one.

Why PipeHalo exists

The data was never the problem. Time was.

Most marketing teams already have everything they need in LinkedIn, Google and their CRM. What they don't have is someone with the time and expertise to look at all of it every day.

So problems surface weeks late, after the budget is spent. A campaign under-delivers, an ad wears out, a tracking tag quietly breaks. And when leadership asks what paid media did for pipeline, the answer takes days of spreadsheets.

PipeHalo does that daily check for you. Every morning it looks at every campaign, tells your team what's wrong and exactly how to fix it, and shows what each channel did for pipeline, so a team of any size can run like it has an expert on staff.

Why “halo”? Ads shape pipeline even when nobody clicks: the people who see them are more likely to buy later. That's the halo your marketing casts, and helping teams see it is where we're headed.

What we believe

The rules we build by.

Fix it, don't just flag it.

A dashboard that shows a problem is only half the job. Every issue PipeHalo finds comes with why it matters and the fix most likely to work.

Your numbers, not guesses.

Problems are found by fixed checks built on the best practices for each ad platform, and every explanation uses only your own numbers.

Pipeline is the scoreboard.

Clicks and impressions are a means, not the end. We judge every channel on what it does for pipeline.

Read-only, always.

PipeHalo never creates, edits or pauses anything in your accounts. Your team stays in control of every change.

Your data is yours.

It's never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI. Our team sees it only with a code your admin creates.

Ken Odem

Founder, PipeHalo

Ken has spent more than 20 years in demand generation, marketing operations and digital marketing, and PipeHalo is his third startup. In the years since his last one, he has worked in marketing operations and digital marketing for startups and high-growth SaaS companies, most recently Icertis, where his multi-channel ABM programs influenced nearly $90M in new opportunities. Along the way he saw the same problem again and again: marketing teams losing hours to checks and reports that a tool should handle. PipeHalo is that tool, built to save marketers time and get more from every campaign.

Outside work, Ken is an avid cyclist who rides more than 6,000 miles a year. He also kayaks on Seattle’s busy Lake Union and hikes all over the Pacific Northwest.
